Travel Plazas

PitStop Travel Centers will initially operate two large scale bio fuel travel plazas in central California. We are planning the first location north of Fresno County and the second location in Tulare County. These areas are located along heavily travelled State Highway 99 in central California.  Each travel plaza will be situated on 15 acres with major freeway access. Prime locations have been selected and commercial zoning has already been approved. 

Each travel plaza will be fully paved and have lighted parking for 250 commercial trucks. Cars, light trucks,

and motor homes will have separate fueling and parking areas. Our large travel plazas will have four 250,000 gallon, double-hull underground fuel storage tanks. A 25,000 square foot C-store will be the main building which will house the commercial fuel desk, driver facilities, restrooms, and restaurant. We will employ experienced management at each of our locations to oversee daily operations.

Permitting and construction will take approximately 12-18 months from ground breaking to completion.
