PitStop Travel Centers Corp., in partnership with Bio Fuel Partners intends to be the first large scale, eco-friendly, bio diesel refinery and travel plaza chain in central California. In 2010, we are planning on investing $150 million in the development and construction of our state-of-the-art bio diesel refinery complex on 400 acres north of Fresno, California. We will operate an in-house tanker fleet to transport and supply bio fuel throughout our distributor network and travel plazas chain. Our travel centers will have the capability to supply high volumes of bio fuels to commercial trucking companies and the traveling motorist.
